Here’s How I Handle Negative Momentum ~
I BLESS the conflict.
I CONTEMPLATE the potential benefits.
I TELL MYSELF it’s only temporary and will pass soon.
I REMEMBER how things have worked out so well before.
I’M TRUTHFUL about how I’m feeling in the moment.
I ASK for what I “really” want, and trust that it’ll be done, one way or another.
I AFFIRM “My life is expanding, and I’m going with it!”
I STAY FAITHFUL to what feels right for me.
I ALLOW OTHERS THE SPACE to discover their own truth.
I STAND FIRM IN THE KNOWING of who they really are at their core.
I STAND PROUD & STRONG IN THE KNOWING of who “I” am in my heart.
THEN I GIVE IT ALL TO THE UNIVERSE and get on with living, loving and laughing as much as I possibly can.

I’ve worked as a Professional Counsellor, trained to lead Group Therapy Workshops, attended many seminars by Robert Kiyosaki (world renowned best selling author of ‘Rich Dad Poor Dad), studied Strategic Intervention with Anthony Robbins and Cloé Madanes and am a certified Conscious Breathing Practitioner (Australian Institute Of Rebirthing).
My library of books is varied and my own writings have been strongly influenced by the teachings of Abraham-Hicks™.
These days I enjoy a life of freedom and contribute where I feel most valued and inspired. My passion for living, loving and laughing, remains at the forefront of my focus.
