INSTEAD OF EXPECTING SOMEONE ELSE TO HELP ME
I decided to stop for a moment,
to take a deep breath,
to feel the love in my own heart …
where help is always waiting,
where peace can be sought,
where stillness is found …
in any moment,
through any crisis,
despite any fear
and in ALL ways.
I take time out, to help myself first. ~ ER
I FOUND WAYS TO UPLIFT MY SPIRITS … and nothing in my outside world needed to change.
I slowed down my walking pace, relaxed my shoulders, breathed deeper, expanded my heart, made peace with my thoughts, noticed the beauty surrounding me, appreciated being fully present and blessed each situation that brought me here, to this very moment in time … and declared it to be perfect.
And so it is. ~ ER
The best way I have ever known to overcome the pain when someone has hurt me, is to open my heart again and allow love to flow anyway!
Even if I don’t understand what happened.
Even if I attracted something unwanted.
Even if I’d like an apology.
Even if I deserve something better.
I came to this planet to love, it feels really good to love and love is who I am. ~ ER
I PREFER TO EMPOWER OTHERS
to be open to receiving their own answers,
to reach their own truth,
to build their own bridges,
to find their own way,
to soothe them into loving themselves more,
to listen to the guidance from their own soul.
We all know when something feels good or not. Each individuals feelings are the best guidance of all. ~ ER
I WOKE UP THIS MORNING … and decided to have a magnificent day.
- I took a few really deep breaths and RELAXED my mind.
- I gazed out at the view and PRAISED the beauty of nature.
- I ate my breakfast mindfully and GAVE THANKS for the life-giving food.
- I thought about the people I love and APPRECIATED their presence in my life.
- I looked with deliberate intent at my body and noted all of its POSITIVE ASPECTS.
- I decided to STAY FEELING GOOD for as long as I could, and if I happen to fall out of my “happy place”, that’s OK, I know I can get right back up again tomorrow.

ALL IS WELL … everything is working out perfectly, you are exactly where you’re meant to be right now, relief is on the way.
RELAX & FOCUS … (not on the problem) but on whatever helps you to feel a bit better, whatever brings you peace, whatever lightens the load, whatever opens your heart a little more, whatever lifts your energy oh so slightly. With just a few simple sentences like these, you can turn the momentum around.
IT’S NATURAL TO FEEL GOOD … let go the struggle, release the pain, put down the burden, give up the fight, and allow your own inner being, to guide you gently towards the light. ~ ER
Power in a relationship doesn’t come from the ability to control my partners behaviour!
Real empowerment comes from knowing I can direct my focus and find a multitude of things that DO please me, that draw more of a positive response, that make me happy about who I’m being, that feel like heaven and that make me shine, despite how my partner might be behaving at the time. ~ ER
GOOD THINGS KEEP HAPPENING … even if you’re not fully aligned, even if you’ve made some mistakes, even if you’re not yet high and happy, even if you’ve temporarily lost your mojo, even if you’re not at the peak of your game, even if you’ve attracted something confronting, even if you’re not feeling loving or connected or clear.
Good things keep happening, without needing to do anything at all.
