Hi, I’m Elizabeth…
I’m an author and creator, and I’m here to remind you of something simple but powerful—that life really can feel lighter, happier, more magical, and a whole lot easier than we sometimes believe.
I didn’t start out with all the answers. In fact, for years, I was walking a path that often felt heavy and muddy, with dreams that seemed always out of reach. Like many, I went through the motions, feeling somewhat drained by life’s expectations, wondering when I’d find the place that felt like me.
Over time, though, I discovered something that changed everything: It wasn’t about chasing answers out there. It was about reconnecting with the pure, vibrant essence within—an inner light that had always been ‘in here’, quietly waiting for me to recognize it.
That’s when everything shifted.
I went from feeling somewhat lost in the hustle of everyday life to creating work that makes me feel alive and empowered. From spending my days weighed down by worry to experiencing more ease, freedom, and genuine joy. I’ve learned that this feeling of being aligned, of being tuned into my own inner guidance, is something I can choose again and again. It’s what keeps me moving forward.
Now, my life is filled with moments that feel real and uplifting, surrounded by connections that bring joy and inspiration. I’ve come to understand that when we’re genuinely ourselves, with all the quirks and sparkles, life has a way of delivering the very things that make us happiest.
So when people ask me, how many hours do you work each day? I answer, “a lot”, but it doesn’t feel like work. Words flow when I’m in a high-vibe state, often in the middle of the night, especially in the mornings, sometimes during meditation, and yes, once even in the middle of a date! 😊
Recently, I’ve been having another burst of high-vibe energy, writing, compiling books, and creating on a maximum of four hours of sleep (sometimes as little as only 30 minutes). You’ll often find me still working when the sun rises, but I’m so in-the-flow that I don’t want to stop. It’s fast-paced, yet I feel completely at ease, in love, and filled with grace. Then, eventually, the energy shifts—I relax, slow down, and rejuvenate in peaceful rest.
So, here’s my thought to you:
If you’re yearning to feel lighter, happier, and more in tune with yourself, maybe it’s time to take that gentle step inward. Start with small moments, small shifts, and let the magic unfold from there. I invite you on a journey not to transform who you are, but to realign with the vibrant, lighter self already within. It’s a reminder that real magic happens when you reconnect with the inner guidance that allows you to thrive, authentically and freely.
