Ken Windes was a man who initiated a magnificent and transformational workshop called “The Game”.
I spent some time traveling around Australia and New Zealand while studying to be A Game Director which was one of the most memorable times in my life to date. This process taught me the value of honesty – no matter what! The experience I had with Ken and Jane (Kens wife at that time) and other participants and game directors in training, made me grow at an incredible and rapid rate in a short space of time.
Ken died March 29, 2005, but his legacy lives on.

Rebirthing is a simple method of breathing which helps to quieten the mind, relax the body and connect more deeply to the spirit aspects of ourself.
Just like elite sports people use oxygen therapy to speed up healing and recovery, extra oxygen intake in the form of consciously connected deeper breathing produces similar and much more gentle results.
Often people feel like they’ve been “reborn” after a breathing session and it shows most obviously on their face, making them look younger, more at peace and more alive. I personally re-experienced details of my own birth which I confirmed with my mother to her incredible surprise.
I’ve had clients who regained full vision (one no longer needing glasses or contact lenses) and another no longer needing anti-depressants to soothe her chronic anxiety.
As practitioners, we aren’t looking for clients to become dependent on us. We show them quickly, easily and completely, how to do it for themselves.
