Change How You Feel About Money, In Minutes, Not Months

Issues around income, freedom, and financial security can feel like a rollercoaster, especially in today’s world of AI-driven job shifts and economic uncertainty. But what if how you feel about money right now is not a problem, it’s simply a useful indicator, one that you can calibrate, pointing you toward the ease and confidence that actually changes your results?

Well, that’s what the Emotional Scale offers—a heartfelt, non-judgmental, fast-track to understanding your emotions and radically improving how you approach money worries and challenges (or any topic that could use a refresh).

Over the past six months, I’ve been developing a significantly enhanced version of the Emotional Scale—one that has the potential to shift how we approach a wide spectrum of mental and emotional health challenges worldwide. It builds upon earlier frameworks like the Abraham-Hicks Emotional Guidance Scale, which I found genuinely useful in creating sustainable emotional relief. What’s taken shape hasn’t just exceeded my expectations—it’s rewritten them.

I’ve just finished documenting a real-life case study and thought I’d shoot through this quick post in case you wanted to read it and try some emotional calibrating for yourself.

Read about *Sarah (name changed for privacy reasons), who lost her job to AI automation and found herself navigating a whirlwind of emotions about her financial future. The job loss was affecting every area of her life; relationships were strained, she kept cycling through a myriad of feelings she’d not really experienced before, with days of depression, fits of explosive anger, and crying out of the blue on one end of the spectrum, to hope and even occasional enthusiasm on the other. She didn’t remember feeling such an intense range of emotions and was at a complete loss how to stop them jumping around so much, and desperately needed to find stability again…
