IN THE MIDST OF A PROBLEM
“Something good will come from this!”
BEFORE REACHING FOR COMFORT FOOD
“I want to look good. I want to feel good. I want to treat myself good.”
WHEN I DON’T KNOW WHAT’S GOING TO HAPPEN NEXT
“God’s got this!”
WHEN I FEEL LIKE CRAP
“My life is expanding and I’m going with it!”
WHEN I CAN’T FIND ANYTHING TO APPRECIATE
“The sun came up this morning … lol”
WHEN SOMETHING HASN’T TURNED OUT HOW I THOUGHT IT MIGHT
“Awesome. That means something better is on the way!”
WHEN I’M SPENDING MONEY
“There’s plenty more where that came from!”
WHEN I’M PAYING A BILL
“Thank you for the resources that give me the capacity to pay.”
WHEN I FEEL REALLY GOOD
“Yaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyy!!!!!”
WHEN ASKED HOW MY DAY IS GOING
“It’s getting better and better!”
WHEN I’M SICK
“Oh good, my body is building up its immunity!”
WHEN I’M IN A RUT
“Nothing stays the same. This too shall pass!”
WHEN I DON’T KNOW WHAT TO DO
“When the momentum gets stronger then I’ll know.”
WHEN SOMETHING’S GONE WRONG
“Nothing ever goes wrong, in fact, it’s perfectly all right!”
